The problem
The challenge
A CRO audit found friction across the homepage, product, collection and About pages. The store had 3,441 sessions, 36 orders and a 0.9% conversion rate over three months, and the biggest leak was between product page and add to cart.
The fix
What I did
- Mega menu, stronger homepage H1, trust sections, testimonials and badges, cleaner footer
- PDP: ratings and reviews, trust badges, payment messaging, collapsible info, FAQ
- Collection pages: smart filters, banners, better merchandising
- Smart bundles based on what customers buy together, plus low-stock and social proof elements
- About page redesign; built in Liquid, CSS, JavaScript and apps
