Event marketing that sells out the room
Registration pages, email countdowns, sponsor packages and the follow-up that turns attendees into members and customers. I’ve sold out six-figure events featuring Alex Rodriguez and Daymond John.

Where events lose momentum
Registrations come in the last week
Without a plan, most sign-ups land at the end, which makes catering, venues and sponsors a guess.
Sponsors want proof
Partners renew when they can see who came and what they got from it.
Attendees disappear after
The event ends and so does the relationship, because nobody planned the follow-up.

The Entrepreneurs’ Rally: Minnesota’s room full of founders
I direct digital marketing for EO Minnesota’s annual Entrepreneurs’ Rally, which brings more than 500 local entrepreneurs into one room. I run the registration pages, the email campaigns and the HubSpot lists behind them, with separate journeys for members, Accelerator members, non-members and sponsors.
Registrations tracked in HubSpot grew from 338 in 2024 to 373 in 2025, and every registrant lands in a list the chapter uses to invite them back and into membership.

Event marketing FAQs
Still wondering about something? Ask me directly. I answer every message myself.
How early should event marketing start?
For a large annual event, three to four months out. Save-the-dates and early-bird pricing do most of the early work, and reminders carry the last few weeks.
Can you work with our ticketing platform?
Usually, yes. I connect the platform to your CRM so registrations, attendee types and check-ins land in one place.
Do you handle sponsors too?
I build the sponsor packages, recognition and reporting that help partners renew. Selling the sponsorships stays with you.
What happens after the event?
Follow-up emails go out within days, attendees are segmented by what they came for, and the warmest ones get a personal next step.
