Klaviyo email marketing that runs while you work
Welcome, abandoned cart, browse, post-purchase and winback flows, planned, designed, written and tested by me. Built for Shopify brands that have Klaviyo but aren’t really using it.

Having Klaviyo isn’t the same as using it
We have Klaviyo, but…
Most accounts I open have a welcome email, a half-built cart flow and nothing after the first order.
Our flows are a mess
Old agencies leave duplicate flows behind, so customers get the same email twice, or none at all.
Emails land in spam
Missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC quietly sends your best emails to the promotions tab, or worse.
The five flows that do most of the work
Get these right before you spend another hour on campaigns.
Welcome series
Turns new sign-ups into first orders, in your brand’s voice.
Abandoned cart & checkout
Brings back the shoppers who almost bought, with the right product in the email.
Browse abandonment
A gentle nudge for people who looked but didn’t add to cart.
Post-purchase
Thank-yous, how-tos and review requests that lead to a second order.
Winback
Brings lapsed customers back with the product they bought last time.
Sign-up popup
A form that actually grows the list, matched to your offer.
Abandoned cart and checkout recovery
Cart and checkout flows are different triggers in Klaviyo, and most stores only set up one. I build both, with timing and product blocks that show the exact items left behind.
& tested
Deliverability, segments and tracking
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up so emails reach the inbox
- Segments for engaged, new, repeat and lapsed customers
- Tracking for Shopify events checked against real orders
- Branded templates that look right on phones and in dark mode
- Copy written in your voice, or edited from yours
- A campaign calendar so you’re never sending at the last minute
rebuilt
Rebuilding TooCut Health’s Klaviyo account
Two earlier agencies had left duplicate, overlapping flows. The first-purchase flow was broken and there was no sign-up form on the site.
I rebuilt the account around eight flows and 26 emails, fixed the product data so carts show the right items, launched a three-step sign-up popup and archived the old flows so nobody gets the same email twice.
Phase two added subscription-save flows for failed payments, upcoming renewals, pauses and cancellations, plus a monthly campaign calendar running through Black Friday.
Real flows, designed, written and built in Klaviyo
A few of the flows and campaigns I design, write and build in Klaviyo for TooCut Health, a Houston supplement brand.

Klaviyo FAQs
Still wondering about something? Ask me directly. I answer every message myself.
Can you fix my abandoned cart flow?
Usually, and it’s often the fastest win in the account. Most default cart flows send once, too late, with no reason to come back. I rebuild them as a short sequence with different angles and the right exclusions, so buyers stop getting them the moment they order.
What flows should a Shopify store have in Klaviyo?
Start with welcome, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase and winback. Those are triggered by what shoppers do, so they keep working without anyone pressing send. Campaigns go on top of that.
Do you write the copy and design the emails?
Yes, both. I write the copy and build branded templates that match your store, so they don’t look like a stock Klaviyo block.
Will flows work if my list is small?
Yes. Flows are triggered by behavior, not list size. A small list with good flows does better than a big one nobody touches.
Can you clean up flows a previous agency left behind?
Yes. I’ve archived duplicate legacy flows that were double-sending, then rebuilt the account so each trigger has one clear flow.
Do you only work in Klaviyo?
Klaviyo is where I do most of my email work, and it’s the best fit for Shopify. If you’re on another platform I’ll tell you honestly whether moving is worth it.
