HubSpot optimization, workflows and a CRM that runs itself
I clean up and rebuild HubSpot accounts: pipelines that match how you actually sell, workflows that follow up for you, and lists and reports your team can trust.

Why HubSpot stops working
Our CRM is a mess
Duplicate contacts, half-filled properties and lists nobody remembers making. So nobody trusts it.
We pay for HubSpot and use 10% of it
Most teams never set up the workflows, sequences and reports they’re already paying for.
Leads fall through the cracks
When follow-up depends on someone remembering, good prospects go quiet.
Workflows, pipelines and the system around them
Workflows & automation
Lead routing, follow-up emails, task reminders and lifecycle updates that run without anyone pressing a button.
Pipelines & deal stages
Stages that match how people really move from first contact to signed, so the forecast means something.
Lists & segmentation
Clean, dynamic lists by audience, event and stage, ready for email and reporting.
Forms & lead capture
Forms on your site that feed the right pipeline and trigger the right follow-up.
Dashboards & reports
The handful of numbers leadership actually asks for, updated automatically.
Data clean-up
Duplicates merged, properties standardised, old lists archived.

EO Minnesota: membership sales that run on autopilot
I built EO Minnesota’s membership process in HubSpot from the first touch to a signed member. Every new contact gets a qualification form automatically. When it comes back, HubSpot reads the revenue answer, decides whether the prospect fits EO or the Accelerator, creates the right deal and starts the info-session invites.
The board meets every two weeks to review one pipeline instead of a spreadsheet, and every prospect ends in a clear place: won, nurture, lost or not accepted.
The membership pipeline I built
Five stages, three exit paths (not accepted, lost, nurture), reviewed every two weeks.
Lead
Any new contact gets the qualification form automatically.
Prospect
Form returned: routed by revenue, deal created, invites start.
Info session
Prospects attend a session or event; non-registrants go to nurture.
Application
Qualified prospects apply and the membership chairs decide.
Won
Accepted members move straight into onboarding.

HubSpot FAQs
Still wondering about something? Ask me directly. I answer every message myself.
Do you work with HubSpot Starter, Pro and Enterprise?
Yes. I design around what your tier includes, and I’ll tell you honestly if an upgrade is worth it or not.
Can you clean up a portal someone else set up?
That’s most of my HubSpot work. I start with an audit so we know what to keep, merge or archive before changing anything.
Do you build workflows and sequences?
Yes. Lead routing, follow-up emails, task reminders, lifecycle updates and nurture sequences, all tested on real records first.
Can HubSpot connect to Shopify or my website?
Yes. I connect forms, Shopify and other tools so contacts and activity land in HubSpot automatically.
Will my team be able to manage it after?
Yes. I keep the setup simple, document it, and walk your team through it before handoff.
