More orders from the traffic you already have

Why traffic isn’t the problem

We need more traffic

Usually you don’t, yet. If 1 in 100 visitors buys, doubling that is cheaper than doubling ads.

Our product pages are fine

Fine isn’t persuasive. Missing reviews, delivery dates and size help quietly cost orders.

People abandon at checkout

Surprise shipping costs and slow mobile pages are the usual suspects, and both are fixable.

The audit

The conversion audit: what I look at

You get a ranked list of fixes, not a slide deck.

  • Analytics review: where people drop off, by device and page
  • Homepage and navigation: can people find what they came for?
  • Product pages: price, proof, delivery and returns above the fold
  • Collections: filters, sorting and merchandising
  • Trust: reviews, badges, policies and payment options
  • Mobile and checkout: speed, tap targets and surprise costs
Where the fixes go

Faster pages, bigger tap targets and no surprises at the last step.

One Harbor Clothing case study
Case study

One Harbor Clothing: +86% conversion rate

One Harbor had traffic but not orders: 3,441 sessions and 36 orders over three months. The biggest leak was between the product page and add to cart.

I rebuilt the product pages with reviews, trust badges, payment messaging and a short FAQ, added smart filters to collections and bundles based on what people actually buy together. The work shipped in one week.

Shopify CRO FAQs

Still wondering about something? Ask me directly. I answer every message myself.

What does a Shopify CRO audit include?

I go through your homepage, collections, product pages and checkout path, and look at your numbers from view to cart to purchase. You get a short list of what’s costing you orders, in the order I’d fix them.

What’s a good conversion rate for a Shopify store?

It varies a lot by product, price and traffic source, so I’d rather compare you against your own baseline. One Harbor started at 0.9% and reached 1.67% on the same traffic after we fixed what the audit found.

How quickly can CRO changes go live?

Faster than a full rebuild. The full One Harbor roadmap shipped in one week.

Do I need a new theme to improve conversions?

Usually not. Most of the gains come from fixing the product page, navigation, trust content and collection filters inside the theme you already have.

Do you run A/B tests?

When there’s enough traffic to read the result, yes. On smaller stores I fix the obvious friction first, because a test can take months to reach a clear answer.
