The problem
The challenge
K1FIT, ZenSport’s adult kickboxing program, had only a paragraph and a link on a page about athlete training. Separately, all of ZenSport’s outbound Google Workspace mail was failing DMARC and landing in spam.
The fix
What I did
- WordPress audit: plugin and theme review, safe updates, tested forms and mobile
- Standalone K1FIT landing page with its own voice, three-pillar structure, schedule and pricing up front
- Clubworx booking wired into every CTA as the single conversion path
- Directed and compressed photography from 10–17 MB studio originals
- Deliverability: fixed SPF and enabled DKIM for Google Workspace so DMARC passes (Aug 2026)
- Follow-up: Aug 2026 SEO/site audit (Search Console, sitemap, page weight) with scoped follow-up offers
