Overview
AllaQuix needed to break into dermatology clinics and generate sample requests for their wound care product. I built the entire cold email system from scratch — lead sourcing, inbox setup, copy, sequencing, and reporting. In 7 days, 15 qualified replies came in from clinic buyers, NPs, and physicians.
The Challenge
Cold email into medical practices is one of the harder outreach environments. Spam filters, gatekeepers, and inbox fatigue make it easy to get blocked or ignored. The client had a strong product but no outreach infrastructure — no leads, no inboxes, no copy. Everything needed to be built and deployed quickly, with deliverability as the foundation.
